1. CNDP Law 09-08 Personal Data Compliance

All driver data, telemetry logs, and user records are processed within local data sovereignty standards in accordance with Law 09-08 declared to the CNDP.

2. End-to-End Transport Security (TLS 1.3)

Charger communications, API endpoints, and web/mobile apps encrypt all data in transit using TLS 1.3 and WSS secure WebSockets.

3. PCI-DSS Payment Security

Credit card details are never stored on WATT.ma servers. Payments are handled directly by CMI's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway.

Compliant with Moroccan national grid (ONE), CNDP Law 09-08 data protection, and international OCPP standards.
