How to Charge Your EV in Morocco

Charging your electric vehicle across WATT.ma networks is seamless. Follow these 6 easy steps.

Step 01

Locate a Nearby Charger

Open map.watt.ma or the WATT.ma app to find real-time available AC or DC fast chargers across 35+ Moroccan cities.

Step 02

Park & Plug In Vehicle

Park at the dedicated EV bay and securely insert the Type 2 or CCS2 connector into your vehicle charging port.

Step 03

Scan QR Code or Tap RFID Pass

Scan the QR code printed on the charger post using your smartphone camera, or tap your WATT.ma Charge Pass RFID card.

Step 04

Review Tariff & Pay via CMI

Review the transparent per-kWh or per-minute tariff. Pay securely via any Moroccan credit card (CMI) or Apple Pay.

Step 05

Monitor Live Session

Watch your battery percentage, charging speed (kW), and session cost update in real time on your phone display.

Step 06

Stop Session & Receive Itemized Tax Receipt

Click "Stop Charging" in your browser or unplug the connector. An official VAT receipt is emailed to you instantly.
